Summary: Troy Anderson was my realtor for the sale of my condo in 2007 and the purchase of my new home. He paid for a stagger to come in and prepare my home for sale, and held numerous open houses. He was personally responsible for all of the negotiations on both sides of the sale. He is the best realtor that I have ever worked with and I will use him and his group for any and all future real estate dealing that I will have in the future!

Summary: My neighbor recommended Troy to me after he sold his house a year prior. I have never sold a house but I knew I wanted someone who would market my house well. Troy did just that. Out of his own money he brought in a stager who helped get my house ready including bringing plants, decorations and furniture. He then had a professional photographer come take pictures. The house looked amazing. My house was on the market for less than 24hours! We got lucky with someone who was looking in our area already but everything he did ensured the house was sold quickly at a good price.
Troy helped us find our new home. He took the time to understand our wants and needs. He helped us identify neighborhoods we liked. He offered to print mailers for us and stroll our desired neighborhoods to ask about potential sales coming up. He was available to us all the time. We may have been a bit bothersome but he didn’t seem to mind. He helped us find a great deal on a house we love in a community we love.
I will use Troy again in the future.
